Steel structures

In the production of metal structures, we have partnered with Exmet Services OÜ, who have long-term experience in the manufacture of load-bearing structures. The annual production volume of Exmet Services in terms of structures is around 4000 tonnes. The 7000 m2 manufacturing unit is located in the customs area of Muuga Harbour. The maximum weight of a manufactured part is 40,000 kg.

Exmet Services operates in accordance with the following standards:

• EN 1090-2 EXC3
• EN ISO 3834-2
• ISO 9001
• ISO 14001
• TR 392:2018
• SFS 1267:2008

The quality is ensured on a daily basis by:

• an IWI-C (International Welding Inspector, level Comprehensive);
• an IWE (International Welding Engineer); and
• an IWS (International Welding Specialist).

Exmet Services machinery includes:

• two Microstep CNC plasma cutting machines, maximum dimensions 2600 × 13000 mm;
• a Bystronic 12 kW fibre laser, maximum dimensions 2600 × 6250 mm;
• a Bystronic 500 t press brake, maximum length 6200 mm;
• a Pemamek welding positioner; and
• a Kaltenbach profile processing machine, maximum dimensions of the part 600 × 2500 × 16000 mm.
